Join Chick-fil-A One and get a free menu item to celebrate your birthday every year! Chick-fil-A One is a four tiered membership program and your tier will determine what free birthday item you receive.

• Chick-fil-A One Members will receive their choice of free Chocolate Chunk Cookie or Chocolate Fudge Brownie.
• Silver Members will receive a dessert variety reward with their choice of a Chocolate Chunk Cookie, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Small Milkshake, Small Frosted Lemonade, Small Frosted Coffee, Small Icedream Cone or Small Icedream Cup.
• Red Members will receive their choice of either a grilled or regular sandwich or 8- and 12-count nuggets.
• Signature Members will receive their choice of entrée. 
• You’ll receive a free birthday reward on your birthday & it will be valid for 30 days. If your birthday takes place on a Sunday, you’ll receive your birthday reward the day before, on Saturday. Birthday rewards & reward options are subject to change without notice.
• Member tier status is determined annually, and a member must meet the requirements for a particular member tier status each year or the status will not be maintained.
